The Final of the inaugural MWPBA Regional Solos competition was held in Palatine, near Chicago, IL on April 20, 2013. The results are as follows.

The contest was very well attended by participants and spectators alike, with players having qualified across the MWPBA regions having secured their spot in the Finals at one of six Regional Qualifiers this past February and March. With events in all amateur piping and drumming disciplines, high quality performances were seen in all grades.

The Regional Solos is an annual event honoring the memories of Terry McHugh and Jim Enright, Sr., both very prominent names in the fields of piping and drumming in the Midwest.
