MWPBA Band Grading Application

All newly registering bands, and bands wishing to regrade, need to submit this Grading Application form.

Bands staying at the same grade do not need to submit this form.

Grading Applications must be submitted on or before March 31 to be considered by the Music Board for the current season.

Regrades are effective 21 days after approval, so submit this form early!

Forms submitted without supporting documentation will be rejected by the Music Board.
