All MWPBA judges must reside in the MWPBA boundaries (as set by ANAPBA) at time of MWPBA membership registration and renewal; relocation outside MWPBA boundaries results in automatic removal from the MWPBA adjudication panel at the end of the season.

Once it has been determined that a candidate meets the above requirements, discrete adjudication level is assigned for band and solos as follows:

To apply to join the MWPBA judging panel, submit this application form. All judges are required to register as an MWPBA each season.
All judges are required to attend one professional development event during a two year period. Adjudicator training events offered by another ANAPBA association will satisfy this requirement.
