Inaugural Professional Solo Contest
ATTENTION: PROFESSIONAL PIPERS!
The MWPBA is pleased to announce its Inaugural Professional Solo Piping Contest, to be held on May 14 at the Presbyterian Church of Palatine, in Palatine, IL. The church is located at 800 E. Palatine Rd., Palatine, IL, and is located a short distance from O'Hare airport.
The event is open to all professional pipers.
Start time will be 2:00
The Entry fee for this event is $25.00 and the format is as follows:
- All contestants play a selected piobaireachd (submit 4)
- All contestants return to play a March, Strathspey, and Reel (submit 4 MSRs)
Prize money for the event is as follows:

Overall winners determined from the combined scores of both events will receive
the following additional prize money:

Judges will be announced shortly, as well as registration opening.
