Entry is now open for the PM Ian Swinton Open Professional Solo Contest on Saturday, May 3, 2025 in Park Ridge, IL. See the entry form for full details.

Membership renewal now open for 2025

MWPBA Band and Individual Membership renewal forms are now up for season 2025.

Membership dues remain unchanged:

Band Membership - $200 until January 31, 2025, $250 thereafter
Individual Membership - $25 until March 31, 2025, $30 thereafter; $10 per additional immediate family members

Reduced Supporting Member rates are available for bands and individuals that do not intend to enter competition, but wish to support the ongoing activities of the Association and its membership.

Current membership of the MWPBA (or another association with reciprocal membership agreement) is required to participate in MWPBA sanctioned events as a competitor or adjudicator.

For those wishing to regrade for season 2025, the Band and Solo Regrade Petition forms are also now available.

The MWPBA Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday November 2nd 2024, 1:00pm CDT at

The AGM will be downstairs in Heritage Hall, the usual location. Please do not enter through the Main Door. Go around to the back and enter there.

If you won Champion Supreme, congratulations! But, please email Jim Sim at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you will be present to receive your well-earned trophy, or will have someone present to collect on your behalf. If we don't hear from you, we will not be bringing the trophy to the meeting. There's a LOT of them!

Agendas, etc., will be sent out prior to the meeting. Members are invited to submit agenda items and proposals to Steve Stuart via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Such items should be submitted by Friday Oct 18 to be considered.

There will also be a Zoom online meeting option for those that are out of town and cannot make it. The call details will be posted on November 1, 2024.

We hope to see many of you in person at the meeting as once again many announcements will be made. All member bands have a vote, so please make be present, either in person if you can, or online.

For those planning on attending the meeting, either in-person or remotely, please review the 2023 AGM Minutes by downloading them here. This saves valuable time and allows us to simply vote on approving those minutes from last year's AGM vs. reading them in person at the meeting itself.

The 2024 MWPBA Champions Supreme points standings have been tallied.

The latest updates are from October 30, 2024, and include the results from the 2024 ScotFest.

The standings are still unofficial, and pending ratification before official announcement of the 2024 MWPBA Champions Supreme at the end of the season. Champion Supreme points are earned only by registered MWPBA members.
