The MWPBA Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday November 4th at 1:00 CST.
It will be held in the Heritage Hall of the Scottish Home and the address is: 2800 S. Des Plaines Ave. North Riverside, IL
The usual reports and updates will be included as well as the presentation of the Champion Supreme trophies for the 2023 season.

There will be some exciting news to report on that you won't want to miss. The meeting will also be available via Zoom (details to follow) but we hope to see you in person.
To save time during the AGM, the minutes from 2022's AGM are posted here. Please take some time to read through them; we will be asking to approve them as our 3rd order of business during the meeting. If you have any objections to them, bring them up at the AGM.
The agenda for the meeting can be found here. As part of the agenda, the 2022 MWPBA Member submissions are included at the end of it. Again, please read through these prior to the meeting, as there will be some discussion and potential voting required on these issues.
