- Member bands and member soloists in good standing of the MWPBA, and
- Member bands and member soloists in good standing of another association of ANAPBA, or any other association properly recognized by the MWPBA Advisory Board.

- MSR - March, Strathspey, and Reel
- Medley - Timed Medley
