The MWPBA will be holding a seminar for bands regarding the new Grade 4 Mini MSR requirement for the 2016 season. It will take place at the Scottish Home at 10:00am CST on Saturday November 7, 2015 on the morning of the MWPBA Annual General Meeting (and not Saturday October 17, 2015 as previously announced).  This way people can attend the Seminar, get a quick lunch and then attend the AGM at the same location.  The Scottish Home is on 28th & Des Plaines Ave., North Riverside, IL.

There has been some questions about the seminar. For the 2016 season Grade 4 bands will have an MSR requirement. There are special rules. The Seminar will go over exactly what is required and what is expected musically.  This will also help with music selection, scoring, etc. It will last an hour or two.
